Shipping

Most items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Some products are an order in and require an additional 10 working days on top of the given times.

Dispatch of MOST items is within 24-48 hours from order being received, weekends, public holidays, out of stock, stock having to be sourced from other warehouses or special orders may put a minor delay on this, generally this is noted on the product page. Any concerns please get in touch.

Please note - freight times are a TARGET, once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands and into the courier companies.

Auckland - Same day/Overnight 
North Island - 1-2 Working Days 
South Island - 1-3 Working Days 
Rural please add 1-2 Working Days
