All items are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Dispatch of MOST items is within 24-48 hours from order being received, weekends, public holidays, out of stock, stock having to be sourced from other warehouses or special orders may put a minor delay on this, generally this is noted on the product page. Any concerns please get in touch.

Please note - freight times are a TARGET, once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands and into the courier companies.

North Island - 1-2 Working Days
South Island - 1-3 Working Days
